Responsible for content under Art. 10 LSSI-CE: Danyel André Maus, address as above.

Liability for content

We write the pages on this site with care and keep them current. That said, we cannot promise that every statement is complete or that it still applies to the version of macOS or of an app that you are running.

Help articles and support answers

The help articles describe the apps as they are built. Systems differ, and an instruction that is right on one Mac can be wrong on another. Some of what the articles cover changes your SSH configuration, file permissions on a remote server, or your keys. Those changes can lock you out of a system or make files unreachable.

So: read a step before you run it, make a backup where one is possible, and take care with anything that applies recursively. easySSH keeps the last 20 copies of your SSH config under ~/.ssh/config-backups/, but it cannot undo a change made on a server.

Support replies are prepared with the help of an AI service and released by a person before they are sent. They are our best answer to your question, not a warranty, and not legal, security or professional advice. Answering with the word HUMAN hands the ticket to a person at any point.

The apps

This website is information about the apps. The licence for an app comes from the store you bought it in, together with that store's terms and its own rules on refunds. Nothing on this site replaces or changes them.

LabelAI and legal questions

LabelAI helps with labelling AI-generated and AI-modified images under Article 50 of the EU AI Act. The app, its help articles and support answers explain the rules as we understand them. They are not legal advice. Whether and how an image has to be labelled is decided by the person who publishes it. Custom labels are used at your own risk; we accept no liability for their legal effect. LabelAI is not a service of the European Union. The EU icons it uses were published by the European Commission for free use.

Liability for links

This website contains links to external sites whose content we do not control. The respective provider is always responsible for that content. No infringements were apparent when the links were set. If we learn of any, we remove the link promptly.

What this website stores

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds nothing from third parties. Fonts are served from this server, not from a font network.

A session cookie exists only in the admin area, and only after signing in.

Support tickets

When you open a ticket, we store what you send: email address, subject, message, the app and version you named, any files you attach, and the conversation that follows. You get a ticket number and an access link. We keep the link only as a hash, which is why we cannot recover it for you and why nobody who reads the database can open your ticket.

Replies you send by email to a ticket address are matched to that ticket and stored with it.

Replies are prepared with the help of an AI service and released by a person before they are sent. Your email address is never passed to that service; the conversation goes out under a placeholder, and attachments are not passed on at all, only their type and size.

Where the data is

Website, database and the support mailbox run on servers in Germany. The provider is established in Spain. The AI service used to prepare drafts is Anthropic, which processes the ticket text as a processor on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to privacy@corebird.de. Requests of this kind are always handled by a person, never answered automatically.

App privacy policies

Each app has its own policy, because each app touches different things on your Mac. They are listed under Privacy.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Ley 7/2017).

Applicable law

Spanish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country you usually live in. If a single provision here turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
